How to Return an Item
Please follow these easy return instructions.
- Contact Chandler 4 Corners by email or telephone to receive a Return Authorization (RA). If you are returning an item under our 30-day refund policy, please provide order number (if available), purchaser’s full name, zip code and reason for return.
- Ensure that the item is protected for shipment. We cannot be responsible for Items damaged in shipment.
- Include your original proof of purchase (make a copy for your records). Write your RA number on the proof of purchase.
- For Satisfaction Guarantee and e-Store refunds, you are responsible for shipping costs to our Distribution Center in Manchester, Vermont. We will pay shipping costs for warranty returns.
- Chandler 4 Corners will reject any item that does not meet the Terms and Conditions specified for the Guarantee, Warranty or Refund, or returned without an RA. Any such item will be returned to you at your expense.
