Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We currently only offer shipping to addresses within the US (including Alaska and Hawaii). Shipping to the contiguous 48 and Washington D.C. is free. Shipping to AK and HI has a flat fee of $15. Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns made within 30 days of your purchase. Receive a full refund or exchange at no cost. After 30 days from the time of purchase, you can receive store credit or an exchange.

General Returns

  • Item must have been purchased from C4C (if purchased in a store return to place of purchase).
  • The item must be in "Like condition" no stains, wear or tear due to, but not limited to pets, spills, sharp objects, fire.
  • Items purchased at a warehouse sale, as a clearance item, in a close out sale or marked as a final sale may not be returned.
  • Return policy does not apply to any custom products.
  • You may ship your item back with the carrier of your choice however, you are responsible for covering shipping costs for shipping your item back to us.

Incorrect or Missing Item in Shipment

  • Report within 7 Business Days from date of delivery.
  • Must be missing an item that was supposed to ship as indicated on your packing slip.
  • One or more packages was not received.
  • An incorrect item was received.
  • Upon verification by Chandler 4 Corners, we will ship the correct or missing product to you at no charge.

Defective Product

  • Report within 30 days from date of purchase.
  • Must clearly be a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
  • If shipping damage, please keep packaging for inspection.
  • When possible, e-mail a photo of damage to support@chandler4corners.com.
  • You will receive a prepaid shipping label from Chandler 4 Corners to cover the shipping costs to return or exchange your item.
