Refund policy
Purchases made from our Chandler 4 Corners online store can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
- Item must have been purchased new from an Authorized Retailer or directly from Chandler 4 Corners.
- Item must returned in new and unused condition.
- Item is not eligible for a refund if:
- Product exhibits use, wear or tear.
- Product was purchased as a clearance item, in a close-out sale, or marked as final sale.
- Product is a customized item (Name-A-Pillow, custom rug, etc.).
- Determination whether any of the above conditions are met or not met are made at the sole discretion of Chandler 4 Corners.
- Once the item is received and the exchange is approved, you will receive a refund for the exact amount paid for the original item purchase plus any applicable taxes (shipping costs, if applicable, cannot be refunded). Refund will be credited in the form of payment used for the original purchase.

- If made after 30 days from time of purchase, you can receive e-store credit or an exchange.
- Item must have been purchased from C4C (if purchased in a store return to place of purchase).
- The item must be in "Like New" condition and no stains, wear or tear due to, but not limited to pets, spills, sharp objects, fire.
- Items purchased at a warehouse sale, as a clearance item, in a close out sale or marked as a final sale may not be returned.
- Return policy does not apply to any custom products.
- You may ship your item back with the carrier of your choice however, you are responsible for covering shipping costs for shipping your item back to us.

- One or more packages was not received.
- An incorrect item was received.
- Upon verification by Chandler 4 Corners, we will ship the correct or missing product to you at no charge.
Defective Product

- Must clearly be a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
- If shipping damage, please keep packaging for inspection.
- When possible, e-mail a photo of damage to orders@chandler4corners.com.
- You will receive a prepaid shipping label from Chandler 4 Corners to cover the shipping costs to return or exchange your item.
