How to Return an Item

Please follow these easy return instructions.

General Return

  • Report within 1 year from date of purchase.

  • Terms & Conditions:
    • Refunds & exchanges:
      1. If made within 30 days from time of purchase, you can receive a full refund or exchange at no cost.
      2. If made after 30 days from time of purchase, you can receive e-store credit or an exchange.
    • Item must have been purchased from C4C (if purchased in a store return to place of purchase).
    • The item must be in “Like New” condition – no stains, wear or tear due to, but not limited to pets, spills, sharp objects, fire.
    • Items purchased at a warehouse sale, as a clearance item, in a close out sale or marked as a final sale may not be returned.
    • Return policy does not apply to any custom products.
    • You may ship your item back with the carrier of your choice however, you are responsible for covering shipping costs for shipping your item back to us.

Incorrect or Missing Item in Shipment

  • Report within 7 Business Days from date of delivery.

  • Terms & Conditions:
    1. Must be missing an item that was supposed to ship as indicated on your packing slip.
    2. One or more packages was not received.
    3. An incorrect item was received.
    4. Upon verification by Chandler 4 Corners, we will ship the correct or missing product to you at no charge.

Defective Product

  • Report within 30 days from date of purchase.

  • Terms & Conditions:
    1. Must clearly be a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
    2. If shipping damage, please keep packaging for inspection.
    3. When possible, e-mail a photo of damage to orders@chandler4corners.com.
    4. You will receive a prepaid shipping label from Chandler 4 Corners to cover the shipping costs to return or exchange your item.
