How to Return an Item

General Return

  • Report within 1 year from date of purchase.

    • Refunds & exchanges:
      1. If made within 30 days from time of purchase, you can receive a full refund or exchange at no cost.
      2. If made after 30 days from time of purchase, you can receive e-store credit or an exchange.
    • Item must have been purchased from C4C (if purchased in a store return to place of purchase).
    • The item must be in “Like New” condition – no stains, wear or tear due to, but not limited to pets, spills, sharp objects, fire.
    • Items purchased at a warehouse sale, as a clearance item, in a close out sale or marked as a final sale may not be returned.
    • Return policy does not apply to any custom products.
    • You may ship your item back with the carrier of your choice however, you are responsible for covering shipping costs for shipping your item back to us.

Incorrect or Missing Item in Shipment

Go to our e-Store to select an item or items. To make it easy, you can shop by design theme, product category, price or even a combination of the three.

Ship gift directly to the recipient: - At check-out select our “This is a Gift” feature.

  • We will ship the product directly to the gift recipient and the enclosed order confirmation will say “gift”.
  • The recipient will be able to see who ordered the gift, and all prices will be hidden.
  • We can even include a card with a short message from you.

Buy an e-Gift Card

Go to our e-Store and select “Gift Card.” The Gift Card button is at the top of every page. Once selected, the Gift Card is in your shopping cart.

At check-out, we will prompt you to specify an amount, provide the email address of the recipient, and give us the date you want the gift card emailed. You will also be able to include a personalized note and your name.

What happens next: - On the date you specify, an email will be sent to the recipient with the subject “A Chandler 4 Corners Gift Card For You”. Hand-Hooked Wool

Rugs, Pillows, Chair Pads, Furniture, Stockings

Cleaning

Do not machine wash or dry clean. - All of our hand-hooked New Zealand wool products can be gently spot cleaned with a clean soft sponge or cloth using a solution of mild soap and warm water. Wipe up spills as soon as they occur. Blot (don’t rub) with damp sponge or cloth. Rinse and blot excess moisture with a clean, soft towel. Air dry.

For pillows, it is recommended that you remove the pillow insert before cleaning.

Professional Area Rug Cleaning

For stubborn stains, you may choose to have your area rug professionally cleaned. Unfortunately, do-it-yourselfers often damage their rugs by scrubbing too hard, applying incompatible cleaning solutions, and/or using the wrong tools. Professional rug cleaning services understand how to properly clean area rugs.

Vacuuming Dust and Fuzz

Do not use a beater attachment. - Vacuuming and an occasional shake will keep your hooked wool items looking great. A new rug may “shed fuzz” – this is normal, and you can simply vacuum it off. The shedding will stop after a short time.

Stray Loops and Ends (Threads)

Do not pull stray loops or threads. - It is normal for a stray loop or end to pop up from time to time. Simply snip off with a scissor.

Wool Flat Weave Rugs

Cleaning:

Do not machine wash or dry clean. Do not machine dry. - To remove stains, first vacuum to remove all the loose dirt and debris. Next, gently blot the affected areas with a clean cloth dipped in a solution of mild soap and warm water. Blot dry with a clean towel. You may bring your rug to a professional rug cleaning service.

Wool Throw Blankets

Cleaning:

Dry clean only.

Cotton Throw Blankets

Cleaning:

Wash separately with a short delicate cycle using cold water and mild detergent. Avoid harsh detergents and never use bleach. Tumble dry on delicate setting, and remove promptly, while it is still warm. A cool iron may be used if required. Blankets may also be dry cleaned.

Canvas Pillows

Cleaning:

Do not machine wash or dry clean. - Gently spot clean with a clean soft sponge or cloth using a solution of mild soap and warm water. Blot (don’t rub) with damp sponge or cloth. Rinse and blot excess moisture with a clean, soft towel. Air dry.

If the overall condition of your pillow is soiled, remove pillow insert and soak canvas cover in a mild soap and warm water solution. Rinse thoroughly and roll in a soft towel to remove excess moisture and air dry.
