Our guarantee is simple. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Chandler 4 Corners item, we are happy to exchange your item within one (1) year of purchase for an e-Store credit equal to the price you paid for it. 

 Satisfaction is as Easy as 1-2-3

    1. Return to store first. The store where you purchased the item may have a comparable exchange policy. If they do, please return your item to the original place of purchase.
    2. Ensure that your return is eligible for this guarantee. Carefully read 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Terms and Conditions.
    3. See How to Return an Item to ship your product back to us.

For any questions, product concerns or exchanges call us TOLL FREE AT 1-800-239-5137 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time or email us at orders@chandler4corners.com. To facilitate the process we will need the following information:  Order Number (if available) – Purchaser’s name and zip code -Reason for return. We will reply with a return address to where you will ship the product.


100% Satisfaction Guarantee Terms and Conditions:

  • Our Authorized Retailers may have a comparable return policy. If their policy provides comparable exchange privileges, their policy supersedes the Chandler 4 Corners 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. In that event, please return to original place of purchase.
  • Item must have been purchased new from an Authorized Retailer.
  • Proof of purchase, in the form of an original receipt, is required.
  • Item must be returned in “like new” condition.

Item is not eligible for the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee if:

    • Product exhibits excessive wear, is torn, or damaged due to, but not limited to, pets, spills, sharp objects, fire, flood or outdoor use.
    • Product was purchased at a warehouse sale, as a clearance item, in a close-out sale, or marked as final sale.

Determination whether the above conditions are met or not met is made at the sole discretion of Chandler 4 Corners.

Once the item is received and the exchange is approved, an e-Store credit will be issued to you for the actual amount paid, less any discounts, as indicated on the original store receipt. We will not issue an e-Store credit that exceeds the Chandler 4 Corners Suggested Retail Price. We do not provide e-Store credit for original shipping costs or taxes paid.

ITEMS THAT DO NOT QUALIFY FOR A GENERAL RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

  • Name Your Pillow orders or custom made items.
  • “Sale” items listed in the”Shop Warehouse Clearance” section of our website.
  • Used or worn items.

GIFTS:

Please call 1-800-239-5137 or email us at orders@chandler4corners.com to exchange a gift. The item must have been purchased directly from us and we will need the name of the person who purchased the item so we can view the original sale and determine the items value. You will need to cover the cost for any shipping incurred in the exchange or price difference.  

ITEMS MISSING FROM DELIVERED PACKAGES:

If your package is missing an item, please call us TOLL FREE AT 1-800-239-5137 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time or via email at orders@chandler4corners.com within seven (7) days of receipt of your package.

RETURN PROCEDURES FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ORDERS:

We pride ourselves on offering high quality products so if upon opening your package you determine that the product is defective in its construction we will replace the item at no charge to you. This must clearly be a manufacturing defect or shipping damage. If it is shipping damage, please keep the original packaging so the shipper can inspect it upon return.

Contact us via email at orders@chandler4corners.com or call TOLL FREE AT 1-800-239-5137 (Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., Eastern Time.). When contacting us we will need your full name, shipping address and thorough description of damage.
Upon return and inspection of your return, we will credit your account or send you a replacement at no additional cost to you.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY:

If for some reason you refuse delivery of the item when it reaches your home or place of business, you will be charged for all shipping costs to your home and the return.
